With Einstein's definition of insanity in mind, this presentation will encourage a shift from a reactive approach to managing illness to a proactive approach to managing health. Susan Brown, principal and Central Region leader for Mercer’s Health and Productivity team, will use a case study to demonstrate the benefits and outline the requirements to include wellness in health and benefit programs.
