Clark has worked in the Group Retirement Services sector for 27 years and has been a CPBI member since 1999.

He was a long-standing member of the Southern Alberta Regional Council, contributing to the strength and success of the region.

Since 2015, he has served on the CPBI National Board, and from 2022 to 2024, he led as Board Chair, playing a key role in developing CPBI’s strategic direction for 2024–2026 with a forward-thinking and collaborative approach.

Today, he continues to support the organization as Past Chair, staying actively involved on the Board and committees.

Don has been part of the Group Benefits sector for many years, has 42 years experience in the Pensions and Benefits industry and has been a CPBI member since 2002, generously sharing his time and expertise over the years.

For two decades, he’s been a valued member of the CPBI Alberta Regional Councils, and since 2020, he’s provided steady leadership as Chair of the Northern Alberta Region.

Don also took on the role of Co-Chair for the 2024 Western Regional Conference, helping bring people together to learn, connect, and grow.

Doug has worked in the Public Pension sector for 36 years and has been a CPBI member since 2004.

He was a long-standing member of the Saskatchewan Regional Council and has served on the CPBI National Board since 2013.

From 2020 to 2022, he led as CPBI’s National Board Chair, guiding the organization through the challenges of the pandemic with steady leadership and vision. Today, he continues to share his time and insight as a Director at Large on our National Board staying actively involved on the Board and its committees.

Sharon has worked in the Labour Relations sector, has 30 years experience in the Pensions and Benefits industry and has been a CPBI member since 1998.

Over the years, she’s served as a long-standing member of the Northern Alberta Regional Council, and held leadership roles as Chair of the Northern Alberta Region and Chair of the Western Regional Conference.

From 2022 to 2024, Sharon represented the Southern and Northern Alberta Regions on the CPBI National Board, ensuring the voices of our western members were well represented.
