Please join us for an online seminar on October 7, 2025.

In today’s rapidly evolving workforce, employers can no longer afford to overlook the full life cycle of women’s experiences. From maternity and caregiving to menopause and midlife reinvention, women navigate critical transitions that directly impact retention, engagement, and advancement.

And yet these stages remain largely invisible in workplace policies, leadership development, and culture. The result? Burnout, disengagement, talent loss, and missed leadership potential.
Join Maturn, Supporting Women at Work through Key Life Stages, for a practical session that reframes how organizations can support women across all life stages.

Drawing on research, coaching insights, and lived experience, we’ll explore how to move beyond performative DEI and build a culture where women don’t have to choose between ambition and well-being.
