An online seminar hosted by CPBI Saskatchewan |
Please join us for an online seminar on October 16, 2025. | Mental health affects everyone—but not always in the same way. In this thought-provoking session, we’ll explore how mental health challenges present differently across genders, from biological differences to the powerful influence of social roles and cultural expectations. With a focus on the workplace, we’ll examine how internalized disorders like anxiety and depression often impact women, while men more frequently experience externalized disorders such as substance misuse. Attendees will gain insight into emerging trends, underdiagnosed symptoms, and the crucial role of stigma, isolation, and support networks. We’ll also discuss what employers can do—from targeted mental health strategies to inclusive benefit designs—to better support the unique needs of all employees. Join us for an essential conversation that will help you build a more informed, empathetic, and mentally healthy workplace. |
