Ms. Cantwell is partner at Montridge Advisory Group Ltd., a benefits, pension, and executive compensation advisory firm. She began her career in the employee benefits field and held key positions with some of Canada’s largest insurers and consulting firms before joining Montridge. 

With both a strong technical and a strong marketing background in employee benefits, Ms. Cantwell consults some of Canada’s most dynamic employers, as well as numerous U.S.-based corporations for their Canadian benefits plan. Ms. Cantwell serves on the Symposium Education Committee—Canada. She is a past president of the British Columbia chapter of ISCEBS and has also previously chaired both the ISCEBS  Membership and Chapter Development Committee as well as the Symposium Education Committee—Canada. In addition to ISCEBS, Ms. Cantwell is a member of the International Foundation of Employee benefit Plans, Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (CPHR – BC & YK) and Advocis, The Financial advisors Association of Canada. She currently sits on committees for the Pacific Region of the Canadian Pension & Benefits Institute (CPBI). Ms. Cantwell earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Walla Walla University, earned her CEBS designation in 2012, is an ISCEBS Fellow and CEBS-Compliant.
