Jane Petruniak brings more than 30 years of experience in risk management and consulting to a number of prominent private and public sector clients on a comprehensive range of benefit issues.

Jane’s primary expertise is in helping clients to successfully deal with their benefit challenges.  These range from flexible benefits, mergers and acquisitions, and managed health care to provider selection, collective bargaining, plan design, communication, funding and risk management.  Jane brings a thorough and balanced understanding of the impact of benefit issues on both the bottom line and membership morale and productivity.  Her unique background gives her an ability to respond to employee benefit challenges with solutions that are both innovative and practical.

Jane is a University of Toronto graduate, and has earned both FLMI and CLU designations.  She is a member of the IFEBP and has been an instructor in the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist curriculum at Ryerson University, a faculty member for WorldAtWork, a published author and a frequent speaker on the subject of matching benefit plan design with organizational goals and objectives.
