Colin Galinski will present a Legal Update dedicated to the upcoming changes to pension law in British Columbia. The session will focus on what we know (and don’t yet know) about the forthcoming Regulation to the Pension Benefits Standards Act [not yet in force]. Topics will include new and amended rules relating to plan design and administration, funding, governance, and investment rules.
