As the bulk of the baby boom generation starts to move towards retirement, employers are going to be forced to design benefit plans that appeal to this segment of the workforce to retain them (e.g. flexible work schedules, etc). The first annual “Horizons Report” prepared by Rogers Group Financial was conducted with Canadians aged 49 – 64 who expect to retire within the next three to seven years and have investable assets of $500,000 or more.

This survey will give you an idea of what employees are thinking as they approach retirement and what is important to them.

Speaker: Clay Gillespie, Managing Director, Rogers Group Financial

Clay will present on:
• Around the Corner: A glimpse at when Canadians expect to retire.
• Dreams and Fears: How do Canadians feel about retirement?
• Financial Roadmaps: How do Canadians plan to get there?
• New Horizons: What will Canadians do in the next chapter of their lives?
