ON DEMAND RECORDING - CPBI Online Seminar: Learning from crisis, and the world’s best marketers to communicate total rewards

June 23, 2020 1:00 PM to 2:00 PMOnline - Eastern Time
Area of Interest: Benefits Format: Web

An online session brought to you by CPBI Ontario

Every year most companies invest hundreds of thousands, if not millions of dollars into their benefit and retirement programs. It’s an important signal for how much your organization cares for your employees’ lives outside of work: their health, their loved ones, their financial future, their feeling of wellbeing.

Often these programs are taken for granted, or poorly understood because we’re not taking the time to properly package and clearly communicate their value.

Chris Lee takes you through how to prepare a consumer-grade total rewards experience that connects your employees to your organization’s goals, and how we can learn about communications during times of crisis.

  •  Learning Objectives:

Participants will learn how to approach creating effective rewards communications like a marketer approaches building a leading external brand.

  •  Who Should Attend?

Anyone involved in total rewards, anyone who wants to learn about effective communications.
