A graduate of the University of Saskatchewan, Perry has been in the benefits and total rewards industry for more than 30 years, specializing in a broad range of professional human resource services. Prior to joining Aon Hewitt, Perry was the Regional Manager of Western Canada for a Canadian consulting firm, and a founding Principal of his own actuarial consulting firm.

Perry was honoured twice (in 2013 and 2014) with the Power Broker award by the respected insurance industry Risk & Insurance magazine, as one of the most effective and influential commercial insurance brokers/consultants in 24 industry categories in North America.

Perry was rated as one of the top Power Brokers in North America in the Education sector for 2013. Power Brokers were judged primarily on their creativity in solving risk-related problems during 2012, their demonstrated industry knowledge, and their high level of client service.
