Begin your day with two education seminars in the morning. After a break for lunch head out to the golf course for a 9 hole modified shot gun start. End your day with a late afternoon Wine & Cheese with prize distribution.
Session 1:  Group Benefits Fraud & Abuse - Industry Insight and Perspective.  Fraud is a crime with many repercussions.  This presentation will look at the impact of fraud and abuse within the Group Benefits industry.  Benefit fraud comes in all shapes and sizes and involves not only plan members but could also involve service providers.  In this session you will hear what tools are used to detect and prevent benefits fraud from occurring and what measures are taken to protect group plans.
Session 2:  Health, Wellness and Optimal Performance.  Speaker:  Jorie Janzen.  The overall wellness in a workplace depends on taking care of the physical, mental, (and financial) needs of an organization and its people.  There are plenty of benefits to having a healthy workplace, some of which include:
Strengthened recruitment and retention;
Enhanced employee engagement and morale;
Reduced costs (to benefit plans, related to absenteeism due to better employee health;
