The effective management of disabled employees remains both a frequent topic of discussion and source of frustraion for many employers. This insightful session will bring three points of view of best practices of disability management: Plan Sponsor, Legal Counsel and Third Party Service Provider. Topics to be discussed include duty to accommodate, successful return to work, terminations, improving case outcomes, bottom line program performance, risk mitigation strategies and will include real life examples from a self-insured disability management program.
