In this session Laura Lynch and Stephen Richard will draw on recent Towers Perrin research to outline some of the best practices and evolving strategies for supporting the mature workforce. Kimberly Humphreys will follow up with some of the challenges that are being faced by the Calgary Health Region. She will also discuss specific strategies that the Calgary Health Region is putting in place in order to meet the needs of a mature workforce.
