 Dr. Scott’s unique background successfully combines knowledge gained and experience accumulated as an executive in industry including; consulting, consumer goods, automotive and public sector. Her education includes a PhD in Psychology, a Masters of Engineering, an MBA, a Masters of Science and Certification in Nursing, Safety & DM. 

She teaches at Guelph & McGill Universities, writes and speaks passionately on this topic, and has written a book on Comprehensive Disability Management.
