For over 15 years, Andrew has directly supported clients in the mental health space. Working as a business development leader and account executive for clients ranging from start-ups to multinational organizations, he understands both the employee and employer experience.

Mental health plays a critical role in the  creation and management of a positive and healthy workplace culture. Employees need to know they have support for when this aren’t working out the way they should both in their professional and personal lives. Andrew has worked extensively with clients to help maximize the impact

Before joining Inkblot, Andrew worked as a client relationship partner, providing integrated account management to some of Canada’s largest employers with multiple programs. Andrew’s specialty is in finding synergies among varied solutions and building strategy with clients to ensure ongoing alignment with larger mental health priorities.
