As an integral member of the Möbius team, the Pension Information Consultant is responsible for the day-to-day administration of pension plans administered by Möbius. This position serves as the primary point of contact for member interactions for both Möbius and its clients to plan members. The Pension Information Consultant guides and counsels plan members through the benefits available, interacting with members in both group and one on one settings. In addition, the Pension Information Consultant is responsible for implementing approved benefit delivery strategies for multiple pension plans across a wide variety of workforces. Lastly, the Pension Information Consultant ensures system configuration changes are implemented and participates in cyclical regulatory compliance activities including records review and filings.

The ideal candidate will have a university degree in business administration or related field supplemented with previous experience in a customer service role. Enrolment in or completion of the Pension Plan Administration Certificate (PPAC) would be an asset.
