The Manager, Benefits Administration oversees a team of professional staff, leading the efficient and solutions-focused administration of pension and employee group benefit plans. The manager is accountable for program/administration gaps and opportunities, assessing challenges and trends, managing the development of proactive and innovative solutions to complex benefits and pension matters and leading specific priority initiatives through effective leadership and project management.

University graduation in Human Resources, Management, Business or Commerce, plus 4 years of progressively responsible related experience in benefits and pension roles; or equivalent as described below.    


Directly related education or experience considered on the basis of:
•    1 year of education for 1 year of experience; or 
•    1 year of experience for 1 year of education.

Other requirements include:

Certified Employees Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation or a related designation is an asset. Disability management experience is an asset.
