Lee Riggs

Lee Riggs is a full-time Benefits and Pensions Plans Administrator for the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 115. Prior to joining the Operating Engineers, Mr. Riggs was involved with the Telecommunications Workers Union Pension Plan for over a decade, serving as National President for over five years. With union experience and investment knowledge stretching beyond traditional asset classes, Mr. Riggs also served on the Board for Concert Infrastructure Ltd., and at Castle 1 Investments where he was a founding Director.

Lezlie Mintz
VP – Business Development
ACM Advisors

Lezlie Mintz is the Vice President – Business Development for ACM Advisors Ltd., an investment fund manager with over $3 billion in assets under management specializing in commercial mortgage investing.

Mrs. Mintz is responsible for client servicing and capital raising for ACM and has over 10 years of experience working in the Canadian commercial mortgage market. Prior to joining ACM, she underwrote mortgages for a national trust company, managed investor relations for a private lender, and developed a corporate branding strategy for a prominent Vancouver developer.

Mrs. Mintz holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta (Finance major) and a Master of Business Administration from the University of British Columbia.
