By 2020, millennials will comprise almost 50% of the Canadian workforce and contrary to popular beliefs, these employees recognize it’s important to save for retirement. Female boomers are looking at the likelihood of outliving their spouses and additional challenges that come with long life spans. In this session, you’ll hear about whether these employees are likely to have adequate income for retirement and what can be done to set them up for success in their post employment years.
