Position and Responsibilities

Working within the total rewards team, you will support the administration of Cameco’s benefits, pension and compensation programs. Using available tools and resources, you will apply your knowledge of programs in responding to general inquiries, collaborating on communications, preparing and analyzing program reports and working with external service providers.

Education and Qualifications

Requirements of the position:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline
  • At least three years of relevant experience
  • Collaborate and build trusting and effective relationships with key stakeholders
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills Assets:
  • CPHR designation
  • Effective organizational and problem-solving skills
