Salary Range: $67,178 - 83,973

The Return to Work (RTW) Program Specialist is responsible for identifying priority WCB employers with significant return to work needs and conducting executive outreach activities with senior level management to promote and gain commitment to participate in a Return to Work Program Services (RTWPS) consulting engagement. The incumbent is the main contact for priority employers, gaining commitment for the development and improvement of employer return to work practices; developing business cases and coordinating RTWPS support for employer implementation of the recommended strategies.

Additional Information:

Ability to communicate proficiently in both official languages (English & French) is an asset.

A satisfactory criminal record check and verification of education will be required for the successful candidate.

A professional designation or accreditation such as a CDMP or CRTWC is considered an asset.

University Degree in a related discipline  

Minimum five (5) years recent and related experience in areas such as adjudication, disability case management, occupational health and safety or return to work in an insurance or workplace setting  including at least two (2) years' experience working directly with executive and/or senior management.
