As part of the Enbridge Retirement Services team the analyst position will provide: Daily administration of pension and retiree benefit policies and programs Monitor and review the eligibility of pension programs for active, deferred and retired employees Ensure participation in pension programs is completed with a focus on eligibility, time, age, union/non-union, service Ensure participation in retiree benefit programs upon retirement and ensure enrollment is based on age, country, company Monitor and ensure retirement awards are determined on a monthly basis through OC Tanner Receive and respond to questions and queries from active, deferred vested, surviving and retired members related to pension and retiree benefits Actively manage queries using case management tools to ensure accurate and timely response within set service level agreements When necessary raise issues and questions leveraging our partnership with the center of expertise, benefits operatoins, HR advisory, payrol and labur relations Collaborate with vendors ensuring flawless delivery of retiree benefit programs through ongoing and effectie relationship Support partners with operations and project work, assisting in reaching HR strategic goals Lead the annual benefits open enrollment for Retirement Services working in partnership with internal and external teams Provide ad hoc statistics/reports and queries to support strategic and operational reporting requirements for both internal and external partners. Perform various pension benefit calculations (retirements, marriage breakdown, post-retirement, termination) in accordance with legislative requirements. Ensure new and existing retirees are set up for payments / modified payments through the plan trustee.


You have the following qualifications and skills: Post secondary education or equivalent and 3 to 5 years progressive work experience with 1 to 2 years pension and or benefits experience General benefit administration program knowledge Proficient in excel and solid understanding of Microsoft office suite of products Ability to convey facts and information clearly both written and verbally Ability to collect sufficient information to understand problems and issues Ability to adapt to new technologies, methods and practices Ability to liaise with all levels of employees across the organization Resourceful and highly results oriented with analytical, evaluation, problem solving and facilitation skills Experience with case management and ability to prioritize conflicting priorities Experience with Workday and asset
