As a member of the People & Technology team, the Senior Infrastructure & Security Administrator (SISA) is responsible for delivering technical expertise as it pertains to network systems, back-end hardware, software security, infrastructure, and Information Technology (IT) projects. The SISA is also responsible for the implementation of all new hardware and planning for future on-premises and cloud updates. Working closely with the Manager of Information Technology & Security, the SISA is responsible for making all infrastructure and network recommendations, creating and updating IT policies, as well as ensuring security standards are met based on industry standards. The SISA also plays an important role as a mentor within the Network team and is responsible for providing supervision, coaching and guidance to the Network Analyst and Network Specialist.

Salary Details: $94,449 - $118,062 (based on qualifications and skills).

Qualified candidates will possess a post-secondary degree or certificate in computer science or related field, supplemented by five or more years of experience in a Windows Server environment and two or more years of cyber security experience. A combination of equivalent education, training and experience will be considered. CISSP, CISA, CISM, CASP, or similar certification is required. You must also have excellent organisational and interpersonal communication and customer service skills; the ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment and flexibility to handle a changing workload as required; and be proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
