Employer Services Officer

(Permanent Full-Time Position)

As a member of the pension compliance team, the Employer Services Officer is accountable for providing accurate, timely, helpful and approachable service to our participating employers to ensure they have all they need to comply with the Plan terms and conditions as required. The Employer Services Officer will also be required to gain an advanced knowledge of the applicable Plan provisions that directly relate to employer administration in order to train and educate our employers and monitor their compliance.

Requirements:

Qualified candidates will possess a post-secondary degree or certificate in business administration or related field, supplemented by three or more years of experience in a service or training environment. Experience in a pension administration environment would be considered an asset. A combination of equivalent education, training and experience will be considered.

To succeed in this position, you have experience working with large relationship management databases and strong customer service and analytical skills. You will have experience taking complex issues and breaking them down into understandable pieces in order to explain and educate others. You will also have demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint and are proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary Range:  $75,794 to $94,742  (based on qualifications and skills)
