Attracting and Re-Energizing Employees with Flex and Wellness
Wednesday, March 12, 2014 – Luncheon at Radisson Hotel, Saskatoon
Thursday, March 13, 2014 – Luncheon at Hotel Saskatchewan, Regina
Julia Graham

In 2012, BP Canada unveiled a ground-breaking employee flex and wellness plan that will undoubtedly set the bar for plan sponsors, showing employees – and Canada – that BP is committed to its employees and to its future success. BP Canada’s new plan represents a robust and innovative approach to employee health and benefits. Employees are encouraged to take part in a broad range of physical, emotional, financial and social health activities in order to receive points that directly translate into flex credits and buying power. A buzz-worthy launch, a benefits microsite, the use of leading edge technology, and a variety of personal and team challenges were designed to stimulate and maintain employees’ interest and to help them stay green.

Julia Graham, Senior Consultant at Towers Watson, will showcase the concept and explain how a bunch of “cool ideas” were turned into reality.
