Daniel Ingram
Partner, Head of Responsible Investment
Aon

Daniel is a partner at Aon Investments USA Inc.

As Head of Responsible Investing, he helps institutional investors to: understand their exposure to risks, such as climate change, design policy language, provide investment manager insights, and implement impactful portfolios.

Prior to joining Aon in 2022, Daniel was Responsible Investing Lead at Wilshire and Head of Responsible Investing at BT Pension Scheme Management in London. Previously he was Senior Corporate Governance Analyst at [Federated] Hermes and Policy Analyst at Her Majesty’s Treasury and a congressional aide for a U.S. Senator.

He first began working in the industry in 2004.

Daniel’s expertise include: climate risk analysis; portfolio decarbonization; energy transition; water stress; social impact goals; DEI; corporate governance; proxy voting and shareholder engagement.

Daniel earned a M.A, summa cum laude, in Philosophy and Political Science from Trinity College, Dublin, and a Post Graduate Certificate from University of Cambridge’s Institute of Sustainability Leadership. He holds both the UK CFA Institute’s Investment Management and Impact Investing Certificates and the Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting (FSA) Credential. 

 

 

Erin Achtemichuk
Senior Investment Consultant
Aon

Erin is a Senior Consultant in Aon’s Investment Consulting practice, serving the prairie region out of the Regina office. Erin is a member of Aon’s Canadian Responsible Investment Committee and Aon’s Canadian Defined Contribution Investment Operating Committee.

Erin’s main focus is on providing value-added reporting to pension, endowment, insurance fund, and corporate clients in western Canada. In addition to performance monitoring services, she assists clients of varying size and structure with manager searches, asset mix research, and investment policy development and review.

Erin joined Aon in 2004 as an Investment Analyst shortly after completing university. She left Aon in 2009, re-joining the company as a Senior Analyst in 2012 and was promoted to Consultant in 2014 and Senior Consultant in 2019. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Simon Fraser University and received her CFA Charter in 2008.
