CPBI Ontario Welcomes its New Council Members!

 

The CPBI Regional Council of Ontario is pleased to announce its new members.
Congratulations to everyone!

 
EMILIE INAKAZU

Emilie Inakazu is a Senior Manager, Benefits & Wellbeing in the Total Rewards Team at KPMG Canada. In this role she is responsible for the management of firm-wide benefits and wellbeing which includes making recommendations to leadership on the design and evolution of these programs to ensure they remain relevant to KPMG staff. She joined the firm in 2007. She graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Arts and holds the CHRL and CEBS designations.

KIMBERLEY MAXWELL

Kimberley Maxwell is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist with more than 18 years of experience in the benefits industry. Kim currently holds the position of Vice President of Employee Benefits and Savings Strategies at Matheis Financial Group, a boutique full-Service Employee Benefits, Savings and Human Resources Consultancy. Kim began volunteering with CPBI Ontario on the Programming Team in 2021 and has been appreciated for giving back and share her knowledge and experience with the benefits industry.

SANDRA JOHNSON

Sandra Johnson is a leader in the employee benefits field, specializing in pension plans, retirement savings, and group benefits.  She is currently employed at the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board as Manager, Pension Plans. In addition to the CPBI, Sandra is also an actively contributing member of the Strategic Capability Network.  She holds the Certified Human Resources Leader designation from HRPA and is working towards her Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation.

MATTHEW GLOSSOP

Matthew Glossop is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder and has completed the Canadian Securities Course and has over 7 years of experience in the financial services industry. At CI GAM, Matthew is responsible for servicing and further developing relationships with leading financial intermediaries. His accounts include Canadian financial institutions, primarily banks and insurance companies. Matthew is a member of the CFA Society Toronto, volunteers at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Toronto and SickKids Foundation, and now a Member of the CPBI Ontario Council.
