Description:

Vanta Group Ltd. specializes in group benefits, insurance/retirement products and wealth managements for individuals and businesses.  We are seeking an enthusiastic, team oriented individual to provide customer service and administrative support, in our group benefits area, as follows:

Role and responsibilities:

Customer Service/Administration:

  • Assisting with group benefit renewals and marketing (submitting quote requests to various carriers, cost comparisons, etc.)
  • Review master applications, enrollment forms and documents for completion (including following up with plan administrators or employees to obtain information when required).
  • Provide tools and support to plan administrators (admin kit distribution, claims submissions, investigation of denied claims, etc.)
  • Handle general inquiries, questions and problem resolution
  • Work in conjunction with advisors to provide full customer experience
  • Book client appointments/meetings
  • Preparations for client meetings (summaries, renewals, other documentation)
  • Client database management and file maintenance
  • Regular interaction with clients, including on a proactive basis
  • Liason with insurance carriers/third parties
  • Sending, receiving and following up on information and correspondence
Requirements:

  • Industry experience - Knowledge of group insurance principles/practices/processes
  • Preference will be given to individuals that are Life and Health licensed
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Initiative to manage multiple demands under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, focused on building and maintaining customer relationships
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong decision making, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Self directed with a strong sense of accountability
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and take initiative
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
