An Introduction to DB and DC

What makes a DB plan different from a DC plan?  How are they regulated?  What kinds of challenges do the employers that sponsor these plans face?  Are the fiduciary obligations the same or different, and how are the plans managed?  This session will introduce you to the regulatory environment in which they're nestled.  The session will also touch on some of the key areas of risk that plan sponsors and administrators face, such as compliance with tax and minimum standards rules and communication with plan members.
