Reporting to the CEO and a key member of the Executive team, the Vice President, Member & Employer Experience works with the team to develop corporate strategy and is the executive owner of the strategic actions related to member and employer services.  At this particular time, the 200-person MEE division is at the forefront of the pension corporation’s strategic transformation. The division is leading the changes in how the Corporation serves members and employers through an evolving omni-channel service delivery model that provides members and employers with an integrated service experience.

As the VP accountable for the production, quality assurance and delivery of pension administration services for all 590,000 members and 1,100 employers, the VP is the executive lead to automate key business processes, create industry leading quality controls to maximize organizational effectiveness and efficiencies and drive operational excellence. As the owner of all member data and contributions, as well as the accurate, timely payment of pension benefits, the VP is responsible for developing KPIs that will improve data analytics and business insights aimed at improving service, all in support of the corporation becoming an insights-driven organization.

The role is located on the water in stunning offices, minutes away from downtown Victoria, BC.

Requirements:

As the ideal candidate, you bring demonstrated experience leading and transforming a service-based operation and improving business services across a broad base of stakeholders and customers. Experience that includes enhancing service delivery capacity through optimized business processes, technology and employee performance is required.  Experience in a unionize environment is preferred.
