Session Description:

This roundtable session will be a guided discussion of anticipated compensation and benefits trends for 2015, based on the results of Morneau Shepell's 2015 Compensation & HR Trends Survey.

Topics covered will include an overview of actual 2014 and expected 2015 salary adjustments across Canada and in BC, as well as an overview of the various strategic initiatives that employers have identified for 2015 in the fields of organization health and training.

The format will encourage participants to share their thoughts and expectations for what 2015 will hold based on what they have seen and or heard from their respective clients and/or organizations.



Speakers:


Andrew Wood, Associate, Health & Benefits Consultant with Morneau Shepell

Andrew provides oversight and guidance to clients in the private, public and association sectors. He has particular focus in the high-tech sector. Andrew has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria, and holds the CEBS professional designation.
