The session deals with the 3rd key area of benefits plan management - Administration (the other two are marketing and underwriting). Without excellent administration in benefits plan management, more time may be spent fixing the issues that happen and, in the worst-case situation, lead to expensive legal fees when litigation ensues. Barb Higgs, Customer Administration Assistant at TRG Group, along with Julia Hillman, Senior Service Representative from Great-West Life, will lead a lively discussion in this important area of plan management. They will present how to take plan administrators through a service checklist to ensure that all areas of benefit administration have been addressed.
