Doug Doleman is a Principal and the Office Business Leader in Mercer's Health and Benefits business in Winnipeg.
Doug consults to public and private sector organizations, including multi-employer plans and professional associations, on their group benefits programs. He is the client manager for many of Mercer's largest clients and advises in the design, funding, marketing and administration of employee benefits programs.
Doug has conducted numerous internal professional development sessions for Mercer professional staff and has been a presenter at many industry seminars.
Doug is a former member of the Board of Directors of the CPBI and is a past Chair of its Manitoba Regional Council. He is a graduate of the University of Manitoba and holds the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) professional designation.
