Disability and absence management continues to become more complicated for employers due to many factors.  Please join Dan Licoppe for a discussion on the emerging trends impacting disability and absence management programs and disability claims costs, as well as some best practice solutions to address these complex issues.
Dan Licoppe is a senior absence management consultant for Western Canada with Aon based in the Winnipeg office.  He has extensive experience in disability management, vocational rehabilitation, early intervention return to work programs and mental health in the workplace.  In the past Dan has worked with the Workers Compensation Board, disability insurance carriers and third party early intervention return to work providers.  His work has supported the optimization of disabilty management plan designs, program policies and procedures, as well as the implementation and management of strategic solutions customized to the unique needs of his clients.  Dan will complete his Mater's Degree in Vocational Rehabilitation through the University of Wisconsin-Stout in May 2016, with his thesis focusing on mental health in the workplace.
