Healthy Brains at Work: Current issues in the Workplace

The presentation will provide insight on mental health in the workplace from the perspectives of the Employee, Employer and Treating Physician.  We will review the findings from the Morneau Shepell research study that will address the following questions:  What do employees think about workplace mental health?  Are employees and employers on the same page?  What do physicians believe?  What is the true value of mental health?  How well are we doing?  What needs to change?  How do we make those changes?
