Description:

Responsible for providing group retirement and investment consulting services to a wide range of clients;

Demonstrate project management and consulting skills such as: Participating in developing a strategy to address the client's needs; manage the scope, quality, timeliness and budget of multiple client deliverables; facilitate and participate in client calls and meetings

Anticipating client issues, needs or concerns and proactively developing solutions to meet those needs;

Managing client relationships for small to large sized accounts;

Making  and/or assisting in effective oral presentations to clients or prospects, as part of a team or individually;

Attends retirement committee meetings.

Initiating or participating in new business development opportunities as well as cross selling other services, as required;

Meet clients to present BFL Retirement Consulting services and develop proposals to meet their needs

Participate in client calls and meetings as appropriate

Exigences:

Post-secondary degree or diploma in Mathematics, economics or commerce preferred

Three to five years of relevant group Retirement Consulting experience;

Strong critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills

Strong interest and aptitude for business development;

Detailed and results-oriented;

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment

Excellent interpersonal skills; strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Strong working skills with MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
