Exigences:

Who You Are

You have a true zeal for the benefits industry and understand how getting the myriad details just right makes a big difference in outcomes for both plan administrators and for our consultants.

You’re fluent in solving problems and queries that arise with plan administrators, internal resources or insurance carriers and are adept at all aspects of the benefits plan marketing data, including obtaining employee data, contracts, preparing specifications, reviewing quotations and compiling the information into a meaningful report.

You also enjoy interacting with new clients and guiding them from the discovery process through to implementing innovative benefit programs that their employees value.

 

Qualifications and Skills

You have a minimum of 5 years recent experience in the benefits industry with either a Diploma in business or administration or equivalent experience, education and demonstrated ability.

You’re proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, have a strong math aptitude and excellent organizational skills and initiative. Excellent written and communication skills are essential. You work well independently yet your interpersonal skills are well developed as you’ll work with a variety of personnel and clients. Discretion is also a must have when managing confidential information.

Previous work in retirement plan administration is an asset as is either GBA, RPA or CEBS designations.
