Key Job Responsibilities:

• Manage a block of clients in conjunction with the sales Account Executive and Sales Manager .This will include answering questions and problem solving client/plan advisor enquiries
• Coordinating the implementation of new client and amendment system work into the Advantage system – including mapping out client benefits /packages and offerings. This will also include facilitating unique enrolment and benefit administration requirements.
• Conducting client meetings including – new group implementation, employee meetings, problem solving sessions, proactive visitation.
• Assisting in plan advisor meetings and/or finalist presentations
• Running client reports as required
Exigences:
Qualifications:

• 3 – 5 years of experience in benefits and / or related industries
• Strong computer skills
• Understanding of benefit administration issues , claims processes , group contracts / booklets
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
• Exhibits attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Ability to work independently in a team environment. Self reliant
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn new tasks.
