The Director, Business Development (Western Canada Region BC - MB), Corporate and Group Services is responsible for the attainment of sales targets, sales initiatives and budget objectives as outlined by the National Sales Manager. The focus of this role will be to develop and implement a regional marketing plan to maximize fee revenues through growth of CWT’s Corporate and Group Services division and related products by effectively selling to plan sponsors, consultant’s, actuaries and investment managers. This role will also identify opportunities for CWT’s Individual Retirement Investment Services (“IRIS”) division, Valiant Trust and CWB Group of Companies.

Exigences:
- Proven sales track record, preferably in managing a sales region.
- Minimum of 8 years sales experience ideally in the trust / investment industry.
- University and/or College degree.
- CSC or CFP designation preferred.
- Excellent communication in both written and oral and presentation skills.
- Effective computer literacy including experience with presentation tools.
- Experience in business planning and the budgeting process.
- Knowledge of tax deferred products and services.
- Above average time management and organizational skills.
