• Working with our Account Executives, and our internal partners, you will be the face of GSC as we delight our clients and plan advisors. You will speak regularly with plan administrators and plan advisors in answering questions and problem solving their issues. You will also educate and empower clients and plan advisors on GSC processes and tools such as plan administration online.
• You will play a key role in implementing new clients or plan amendments, and will personally map out client benefits / packages and offerings. This will also include facilitating unique enrolment and benefit administration requirements.
• You will attend client meetings including new group implementations, employee meetings, problem solving sessions, and relationship building events.
• With Account Executives, you will assist in plan advisor meetings and/or finalist presentations where you might discuss GSC’s capabilities and value proposition.
• Our clients cannot manage their plans without measuring their results, and Account Executives cannot advise clients without information, and therefore, both will rely on you to extract quality reports.

Exigences:
• 3 – 5 years of experience in benefits and / or related industries.
• Proficient in administration and claims processing systems and have an understanding of benefit administration issues, claims processes, and group contracts / booklets.
• Have an evident passion for our clients and their plan members, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and are comfortable presenting GSC in various settings.
• Skilled at problem solving and making decisions, and do so with a strong attention to detail.
• Can effectively multi-task, work well under pressure and be self-reliant, while having a focus first and foremost on the success of the team.
• Have a positive attitude, and enjoy learning from and teaching clients, internal partners, and your teammates.
