Description:
• Provide technical service support to clients (administrators and advisors) and Desjardins Account Executives for an assigned portfolio of business.
• Provide face-to-face training to administrators on all issues that effect the operation of their plan and ensure that quality control is maintained.
• Conduct internal research required to solve specific client issues.
• Implement new group business and amendments, liaising with internal and external contacts
• Ensure that all required documents necessary for the set up of a new contract or amendment are completed.
• Explain procedures and amendments related to group plans.
• Conduct client employee meetings.
• Participate in finalist presentations.
• Assist in other duties in the Group Office.

Exigences:
• College or university graduate, or the equivalent in experience.
• 5+ years of experience with an in-depth knowledge of group insurance products and service related issues, including large corporate accounts, and complex benefit designs.
• Committed to providing the best in customer service and brings to our team solid planning and organizational skills.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills and be able to work independently outside the office.
•A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle is required as travel is a component of this position.
• Effective decision-making and knowledge of MS Office round out your credentials.
• CEBS, LOMA, or HIAA courses will be an asset.
