RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE INCLUDE:

• Working with our Account Executives, and our internal partners, you will be the face of GSC as we delight our customers and plan advisors. You will speak regularly with plan administrators and plan advisors in answering questions and problem solving their issues. You will also educate and empower clients and plan advisors on GSC processes and tools such as plan administration online.
• You will play a key role in implementing new clients or plan amendments, and will personally map out client benefits / packages and offerings. This will also include facilitating unique enrolment and benefit administration requirements.
• You will often attend client meetings including new group implementations, employee meetings, problem solving sessions, and general relationship building events.
• With Account Executives, you will assist in plan advisor meetings, where you might discuss GSC’s capabilities and value proposition, and you will also participate in finalist presentations.
• Our clients cannot manage their plans without measuring their results, and Account Executives cannot manage their blocks without information, and both will rely on you to pull quality information out of Advantage by running various reports.
Exigences:
QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES INCLUDE:

He/She will also possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• You have 3 – 5 years of experience in benefits and / or related industries.
• You are proficient in administration and claims processing systems and an understanding of benefit administration issues, claims processes, and group contracts / booklets.
• You have a passion for our customers and their plan members, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and will be comfortable presenting GSC in various settings. You are quick on your feet i.e. a quick thinker.
• You love to problem solving and make decisions, and do so with a strong attention to detail.
• You will need to multi-task, work well under pressure and be self-reliant, while having a focus first and foremost on the success of the team.
• You will be passionate, have a positive attitude, and will enjoying learning from and teaching clients, internal partners, and your teammates.
