Requirements:
Your role
Join our team and share our sole objective of helping our clients. The client is always number one with us. We’re looking for a new team member who is dedicated to going the extra mile for our clients. We need someone that pays attention to the details, and can contribute to the team in a flexible way.
As a member of the Customer Care team, you will research and respond to telephone and written inquiries received from clients and service providers regarding plan information. This includes, but is not limited to, eligibility, claims, and coordination of benefits with service providers. You will be called up to assist with resolution of complex and/or escalated issues generated from either employees or external plan administrators.
The second hat you will wear in this job is the accurate and timely processing of all Group Insurance billings and remittances. You must know your numbers and have the ability to trouble shoot billing inquiries and have a full comprehension of how these inquiries relate to our in house system.

The scheduled number of working hours is 37.5 hours and overtime is rarely required.
