Our client is a leading provider of employee benefits offering innovative solutions to clients across Canada. In order to continue providing quality service to their clients they are ready to add a Benefits Analyst to the team.

If you are an individual who loves to provide memorable service then read on. With strong underwriting skills, your dedication to providing clients with new benefits solutions will make you successful in this role.


Requirements:
The Role:

Analyze and compare benefit and insurance information from providers;
Review and develop benefits programs for new and existing clients;
Develop and maintain relationships with insurance and benefits providers; and
Keep current with market information pertaining to the benefits and insurance industry.


You and your experience:

You have 2-3 years’ experience in an underwriting role;
You are fluent in both English and French;
You enjoy working within a team environment
You have a research oriented and analytical mind; and
Your communication with others is clear in both written and verbal form.
