CPBI Ottawa is pleased to present a half-day seminar on Wednesday, November 5, 2008, about benefits as part of the total rewards package. This workshop will begin with two keynote speakers addressing different perspectives on the subject and will conclude with a plan sponsor panel discussion and question period. Among other things, the panel members will address how their companies are using benefit and pension dollars to attract and retain talent in today’s market. They’ll provide an insight into total compensation solutions outside of the traditional pay and benefits mix and talk about how they are showing employees the value of their compensation package.
