The workforce is aging. The rules are changing. Legislative changes and government cost shifting are impacting employers now and into the future.
Have you considered how employers manage to: ~ Keep their talent? ~ Appropriately train staff with high rates of turnover? ~ Meet the health care needs of both retired and active employees? What will their benefits look like? ~ Develop a suitable benefit plan for the evolving demographic and afford it? ~ Develop alternative solutions and manage escalating costs?
An employer’s ultimate success will depend on their ability to fill in the gaps. Plan to attend CPBI’s breakfast session on Benefits for the Changing Demographics where you will hear perspectives on the challenges and potential solutions from two points of view – an employer and a benefits consultant.
