Retirement Tools: A Case Study on Financial Literacy & AGM

This presentation will be of interest to consultants and advisors as well as plan sponsors who are looking at ways to increase participation and financial literacy.

In this presentation, you'll hear about the evolution of retirement planning tools and whether or not they have been effective in changing participant behaviour.  The results of a study on one company's retirement simulator will show how an integrated approach to education can improve employee engagement, particularly in younger plan members (Gen Y).  Then through a case study, we'll look at how a structured education approach and a retirement simulation tool changed employee behaviour at a company in Saskatchewan.
