Education Session1: Understanding Depressive Illness

Individuals suffering from depression often feel distant from friends and loved ones and can find it difficult to preform to their maximum productivity in the workplace. This session will shatter popular myths and misconceptions about depression and will also explore ways in which depression can be successfully treated.

Education Session 2: Pension Committees

As at May 31, 2011, many Manitoba registered pension plans were required to form a pension committee to administer the plan. With these changes came a shift in fiduciary responsibilities. This session will address the responsibilities and fiduciary duties of a pension committee and how to mitigate any risk.
