The Inside Scoop - Understanding Claims and Cost Management

This session will define Trend and Utilization and how it impacts the pricing of a plan. We will examine cost drivers, why costs are increasing and what can be done to slow the escalation. We will discuss marketing a plan, when is it appropriate, what is required and how is a new carrier selected. Presenter: John Goode, Belay Benefits.
